Job Description

Lead feasibility studies and phase-gate planning projects in conformance with client and industry standards. Manage review & coordinate projects and proposal develop in house or by consultants through multi-discipline teams.

• Lead projects from concept development through start-up and commissioning. Frequent interactions with external clients, consultants, stakeholders & internal teams.

• Determine resources requirement and identify resources with right skills to successfully execute the project.

• Manage multi-discipline teams consisting of: process, mechanical, piping, structural, civil, electrical, instrumentation, procurement, and construction resources. To ensure that project managers will establish, monitor, and be accountable for project staffing resources, schedules, and budgets.

• Stewardship of a culture that is: safety focused ownership driven, collaborative, and constructive internally and externally.

• Development and maintenance of professional staff based upon Practice growth forecast, industry opportunities, and financial considerations.

• Identification of standards and procedures that will increase efficiency and predictability associated with the execution of projects.

• Assist to develop, edit, and review engineering deliverable s including: reports, drawings, specifications, data sheets, and lists necessary to construct projects within industrial settings.

• Assess potential risk and technical challenges and develop appropriate mitigation plans. Develop cost reduction initiative while maintaining quality and productivity.

• Build positive work relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction minimum 80%.

• Supervise and follow-up on accounts for billing and on overdue accounts for collections, re-submissions and adjustments for billing errors;

• Gathers and shares market intelligence.

Educational Requirements

Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electromechanics.

Experience Requirements

• 15-20 years experience from Govt. / Non-Govt. Highway Road, Bridge or others projects.
