Project Manager for Reputed Group
#Reports To: CEO
#Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise Schedule maintenance of civil machinery, Utility machinery, QC machinery and equipment.
- Analyze problems associated with the process, design, control, flow, range of the project / machinery and take corrective measures.
- Record keeping and technical correspondences related to design, specs, modification & development of new project.
- Good knowledge on Lead Certification.
- Prepare annual budget for Mechanical Section.
- Making weekly work programs and achieving target(s) with respect to Master Plan or Gantt chart.
- Ensuring quality control aspects are meticulously followed/ complied with
- Maintaining checklist and formats of all works properly on a regular basis
- Take effective initiative to reduce the time for proper maintenance in case of any breakdown, installation new machinery & commissioning (if any), fabrication works required to accessories.
- Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawings related to Mechanical plan.
- Preparing & checking all types of estimates of the project. Must contain comparative as well as competitive estimates from more than 2 (two) vendors
- Liaising, Reporting & Updating the CEO by providing necessary data, information and decision-oriented issues of the respective project
- Ensuring proper safety and security measures and keeping the project highly organized, clean and hygienic
#Academic Qualification: B.Sc in Mechanical/Chemical from reputed Public or Private University. Candidates having MBA degree will get preference
#Relevant Past Experience: 05 to 07 years

- Strong Managerial & Leadership Quality
- Must comply with work deadline
- The position will require frequent mobility and travel around the country
- Good command in written and spoken English
- Good navigational and usage skill at MS Word & MS Excel
