• Formulation of strategies/Action Plans in order to develop new Health Insurance Business.
• Recruit Train, Motivate & Coach Field Force to distribute New Health Insurance Product.
• Capable of meeting Top & Bottom Line objectives of the Business Unit.
• Able to understand the market size and forecast the implementation plan.
• Ensure sustainable business and profit growth in line with the business strategies, targets and objectives of the Company.
• Any other task assigned by the Management.

• Masters degree in any discipline

• At least 10 year(s)
