| Additional Job Requirements | Have the adequate knowledge and experience on Maintenance / Operation / Overhauling of Electrical / Mechanical / Electro-Mechanical equipment & Machineries of Large Scale Knit Composite Unit. Have to ensure preventive maintenance of boilers, generators & all compressors for undistributed supply and also take proper plan about inverter, motor, electrical panel board etc. Responsible for the overall maintenance of the factory for any electrical issues including sub-station as well as other machinery. Have to observe boiler and auxiliary units to detect malfunctions and makes repairs, such as changing burners and tightening pipes and fittings. Have to troubleshoot the problematic areas and create a clear plan of action for fixing necessary parts. Have to ensure safety by monitoring safety equipment, identifying potential issues and taking appropriate steps to suspend operations and repair the problem Have to ensure optimal and continuous operation of boiler systems by performing routine inspections and maintenance, monitoring metering equipment and adjusting levels as necessary. Have to maintain systems by scheduling regular inspections, cleanings, filter replacement and all other tasks necessary to keep all components performing optimally; identify and repair or replace malfunctioning components Have to supervise team of assistant operators and mechanics by delegating repair, maintenance and monitoring tasks, scheduling jobs, providing appropriate instruction and giving constructive feedback on performance Have to gain current knowledge of all applicable safety laws and regulations in order to ensure full compliance at all times Have to maintain proper documentation/ records of inspections etc. Ensure the availability of spare parts for machine breakdown & preventive maintenance issues. Identify & implement various measures to improve the efficiency of the machineries. Provide utility & maintenance related required support to the production & compliance team. |
