DGM (Marketing& Development) For Well Known Garments.

#Report to:         Chief Operating Officer

#Job_Location: Savar, Dhaka.

#Key_Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing new buyer and merchandising.
• Liaise with Buyer and to maintain good relationship for mutual benefits.
• Responsible for increasing the profitability of existing products to develop new buyer for the company.
• Establish and enhance long-term business relationship with customers through provision of quality customer service maximizing consistent business growth.
• Analyze potential partner relationships with Buyer.
• Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Working closely with Buyers and Merchandisers to plan product range.
• Focus on current marketing/new trend and to serve customer as per their requirements.
• Follow up with factories and customers on order executing.
• Look at new market initiatives to build more customer base to bring better stability.
• Work on new opportunities such as introducing fashionable product with good profit margin fixing competitive price for Company’s benefit.

#Educational Qualification: Graduation from any discipline.

#Experience: 10 years (approx.)

#Required_Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

#Knowledge: About Fashion, current trend, brand.

#Ability to: Convince customer.

#Special Skill: Exceptional Communication Skills.
