Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a Reputed Group of Company.
#Location: Dhaka
#Deadline: 30/09/20
#Responsibilities:
- Accounting, Financial & Business Analysis, Business Case & Impact Analysis, Budgeting & Control, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Treasury etc.
- Thorough understanding of various Tax related rules & laws including VAT , EXIM procedures etc
- Working capital, Risk management & compliances as required by law for smooth functioning of the organization
- Maintaining relationship with banks etc
- Developing business and financial recommendations, providing budget feedback, and assisting leadership in key financial decisions.
- Competency in completing statutory & internal audit assignments requiring in-depth understanding of company procedures, as well as internal audit and accounting standards.
- Improving working capital, budget control implementations, compliances etc.
- Custodian of SOPs & policies for different functions & related activities of the organization.
- Provide the financial and
corporate structure in building the
Annual Business Plan of the organization in line with the goals & strategy
of the company
- Lead the F&A team for optimum results
- As part of management, is expected to play key role in certain decision making, especially
