#PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Define solar battery sales & marketing strategies to support overall organization’s strategies &objectives.
- Develop a feasible sales plan and oversee its day to day implementation.
- Achieve individual sales target from assigned customer accounts and retail market.
- Revamp & launch new products to hit market specific requirements.
- Research industry reports, market trends & competition on an ongoing basis & provide monthly updates to head of sales.
- Look for future opportunities to attain business growth
- Sustainable business development by distribution planning
- Prepare yearly business plan.
- Frequent market visit for better understanding the opportunities and weaknesses of present business.
- Strengthen distribution reach-new exclusive and non-exclusive appointment
- Developing new channels for upcoming products.
- Organize and conduct training/briefing and product demonstration session for the internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders.
- Attend customer complain and resolve those within agreed time to improve customer satisfaction
- Implement internal process in line with QMS and other necessary statutory requirements
#KNOWLEDGE_SKILL_AND_EXPERIENCE:
#Education: Bachelor’s degree in business/B Sc degree in EEE from any reputed university. Also preferably with MBA in Marketing from any reputed university.
#Knowledge: Product Knowledge (Solar Battery), Retail Sales, Sales Planning, Market Understanding is also required for this position.
#Skills: The job holder requires demonstrating abilities to be committed to stress targets, good leadership skills, good analytical ability, open and good communicator and team player.
#Experience: Minimum 5years’ relevant experience in MNC/local large company.
#KEY SUCCESS FACTORS
Clear understanding of present status of local solar technology and its application along with the scope of future development considering global perspective
