We Are Hiring!!! Brand Manager- for Manufacturer (Food) Company.

#Reporting: DGM- Marketing

#Department: Marketing

#Main Functions/Responsibilities:

• Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
• Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
• Assisting with product & new product development, pricing and new product launches as well as developing new business opportunities
• Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
• Competitor and customer insights analysis
• Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales
• Developing high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the overall brand strategy
• Managing external agencies and ensuring marketing budgets are met
• Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximising all opportunities for growth
• Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
• Perform regular market research studies to gather important brand data.

#Education: BBA/MBA- Marketing.

#Experience:

1.       4-5 years Experience;     Salary: Tk.35,000 to Tk.65,000

2.       8-10 years Experience; Salary: Tk.80,000 to Tk.1,30,000
