Head of Marketing & Student Enrolment for a Private Education Services Company

The Head of Marketing & Student Enrolment will lead the process of planning, conducting sales and promotional activities, building and establishing brands, and recruiting high performing students for programmers offered by UCB. At the forefront, Head of Marketing represents our company and our partners to prospective students, parents and stakeholders.

#The Job

• Be accountable for the strategic and operational leadership of marketing activities by introducing a marketing led ethos in the business
• Prepare and implement the Annual Marketing Plan
• Possess a strong understanding of the market, brand position and communicating that position to internal and external audiences
• Create strategic marketing plans to ensure brand building and enrolment success
• Manage the relationships with the partner institutes and agencies ensuring satisfaction to all parties involved
• Manage and conduct marketing, sales and promotional campaigns and outreach programmers targeting locations patronized by our target markets
• Plan and manage web content for all enrolment related web spaces and coordinating with other content managers on the content in shared web spaces.
• Manage enrolment related social media campaigns and strategies and implement advertising campaigns
• Assist in formulation of strategies, in cooperation with the CEO/BoD and staff for acquiring new partnerships which meets the college’s vision and mission
• Manage and assess the enrolment marketing budgets and planning to ensure that marketing tactics are cost-effective, efficient, productive and result oriented

#The person:

• Having significant student enrollment experience is mandatory apart from sales and marketing experience in the education industry.
• Master’s degree in marketing or relevant field
• Professional qualification and experience in Digital Marketing is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Should possess good writing, reporting and analytical skills
• Exceptional PR skills and have an outgoing personality
• Business acumen with a results-based approach and a winning attitude
