Manager – Accounts (Reporting) for Renowned Garment.

#Job Responsibilities

• Gather budget-related data across functions in the factory; Provide support in budgeting and forecasting for the factory based on data gathered by the executive.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate budget; Share inputs for strategy/budget revision.

• Review costing for approved styles; Escalate if costing is over the approved budget

• Analyze accounts payable and receivables for the deficit.

• Based on notifications received from business manage customer or vendor liabilities; Follow up on recoveries; Perform profit analysis on post order costs and shipment cost to be shared with supervisors.

• Escalate deviation in payments from the buyers to all the stakeholders

• Manage follow-up from all stakeholders for liabilities and report abnormalities

• Checks daily costs and expenditures basis approvals; Analyze deviations and escalate as required.

• Overview consumption and report it accordingly to the concerned stakeholders.

• Create, monitor, and post accruals and journal entries.

• Perform fixed asset, general ledger, inventory and inventory reserve accounting, and journal entries for assigned areas.

• Manage the discipline within the team members on the operations floor.

• Review existing processes and identify areas of improvement.

• Suggest process improvement mechanisms and techniques to the supervisor; Implement approved suggestions.

#Educational_Requirements:

•Bachelor in Accounts/Finance from a reputed institution

#Experience_Requirements:

•3 to 6 year(s)
