Manager – Operations (Bangladesh) for Beauty Retailer (MNC)

#Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and agree with the line managers a business plan for the store, setting targets and objectives.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all stores and to manage all operational issues of the stores.
- Create an effective and efficient retail operations system with a well functioning support, including product logistics and inventory control.
- Plan and make new strategies for improving the sales.
- Plan and execute new and effective incentive plans for the stores.
- Facilitate the opening of new retail outlets plan and ensuring there smooth functionality as new business entities for the organization.
- Planning layouts, depending on new lines and seasons to make sure that the stock is well presented and displayed.
- Ensure effective merchandising and maintaining optimum stock levels for the stores.
- Managing and training the sales team towards achieving the desired business volume.
- Make business plan and plan targets for all existing and upcoming stores.
- Planning and reviewing KPI’s of all stores.
- Conceptualizing new and exciting incentive policies.
- Monthly reconciliation of store collection (All tenders).

- Liaise with the Marketing team
- Support corporate sales and marketing promotions to drive footfall and increase sales.
- Ensures departmental lay out policy is established prior to each selling season.
- Ensures latest merchandise display methods are incorporated.
- Ensures internal merchandise promotion reflect desired statement, ensures adequate stock availability for each campaign.
- Occasional duties:
- In addition to the aforesaid duties and job functions, any other assignment given occasionally or on a daily basis by your Reporting Manager.

#Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate.
