#Job Description / Responsibility

• Ensure primary invoicing and collection.
• Ensure proper management of DB stock to achieve expected product delivery.
• Ensure proper maintenance of DB ledger of physical stock.
• Monitor Intend Vs Company to DB collection.
• Manage distributor market credit effectively to ensure continuous investment.
• Maintain DB hygiene in terms of investment, Buffer Stock, ROI.
• Solve different DB issues to maintain effective DB operations.
• Ensure DB expansion as per target.
• Assess subordinate’s performance to identify their gap and plan development plan.
• Train subordinates to improve their skills and product knowledge.

#Job Nature: Full-time

#Educational Qualification: Masters in any Discipline, preferably in Business Administration.

#Experience Requirements:

• The applicants should have experience in the area: Sales
• The applicants will get preference, experienced in the following business houses(s):

Lighting Industry, FMCG Companies, Group of Industries, Tobacco Industry

#Additional Job Requirements

• Candidates must have 4 to 5 years practical experience preferably in Lighting / Accessories/ Cable / Painting industry business or FMCG Companies or distribution business
• SELF-COMMITTED to prove oneself as an outstanding contributor in team
• Understand & assess the business potential & competition activities
• Plan & execute the “market gap” analysis
• Capability of preparing sales development business plan for incremental market share
• Capacity of executing proper market survey
• Experienced in market share analysis & DB & Team SWOT analysis
• SELF STARTER &SELF GUIDED to lead team pro-actively to secure sales growth
• To assess team SMARTLY from 360-degree angle with rectification approach, if any
• To monitor & secure 100% Sales Representatives productivity with SKU focus sales management
• To achieve company goals and objectives maintaining basic business ethics
• Excellent writing, interpersonal & good communication skills are required
• Good command on MS-Office, MS-Excel applications & MS-Power Point presentation
• Report on market progress and individual customer performance
• Ability to prepare Annual Business Plan & Market observation report
• Mental & physical fitness of frequent and extensive market visit
