#Job_Responsibilities:

·Make strategic and operational plan for individuals and Team Member / Team Leader / Cluster Head to achieve the sales target.

·Monitoring market activities and follow up all the sales and promotional activities.

·Ensure strong presence, visibility & dominance of company products.

·Ensure daily activities report from Team Member to Team Leader / Team Leader to Cluster Head and finally update the performance with analysis to the Operation Head in everyday.

· Provide inputs with the strategic knowledge of country market and customer needs to facilitate marketing team to formulate and update their marketing programs.

·Monitor all marketing communication and marketing requirements for effective management of the function.

·Monitor, control and coordinate of the annual strategic of marketing plan.

·Monitor marketing communication including strategy, goals and budget.

·Provide market intelligence to support business for strategic planning.

·Monitor & guide the training and development activities for sales and marketing team to achieve the sales target

·Monitor for the effective use of CRM and activities of calling center including the effective Leads generation.

·Monitor the KPI of sales & marketing team and review the performance for annual evaluation of sales and marketing team.

#Educational Background:  A business graduate or MBA in business management from any recognized university.

#Experience: 18 to 20 year(s) of which at least 5 years in similar position especially in real estate industry
