Customer Experience Manager for Multinational Company.

#KEY_ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Develop and execute customer experience strategies (CRM) to encourage
customer retention and customer loyalty.
- Develop and execute customer loyalty programs and measure benefit through customer experience metrics.
- To analyze end-to-end existing customer behavior, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data across multiple channels and customer touch points to develop new engagement initiative channels.
- Drive new member acquisition through website, closely working with operations to drive targets, develop new schemes for stores.
- Develop innovative engagement programs with existing members for purchase recency, frequency, increasing their lifetime value to the business.
- Drive alliances and partnerships with utility and lifestyle brands to create an ecosystem of value-added services for CRM members.
- Manage the point redemption budget with the sole objective of increasing revenue from CRM customers
