#Salary: 100K (CTC)

#Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and agree with the line managers a business plan for the store, setting targets and objectives.
  2. Ensure smooth functioning of all stores and to manage all operational issues of the stores.
  3. Create an effective and efficient retail operations system with a well functioning support, including product logistics and inventory control.
  4. Plan and make new strategies for improving the sales.
  5. Plan and execute new and effective incentive plans for the stores.
  6. Facilitate the opening of new retail outlets plan and ensuring there smooth functionality as new business entities for the organization.
  7. Planning layouts, depending on new lines and seasons to make sure that the stock is well presented and displayed.
  8. Ensure effective merchandising and maintaining optimum stock levels for the stores.
  9. Managing and training the sales team towards achieving the desired business volume.
  10. Make business plan and plan targets for all existing and upcoming stores.
  11. Planning and reviewing KPI’s of all stores.
  12. Conceptualizing new and exciting incentive policies.
  13. Monthly reconciliation of store collection (All tenders).

  1. Liaise with the Marketing team
  2. Support corporate sales and marketing promotions to drive footfall and increase sales.
  3. Ensures departmental lay out policy is established prior to each selling season.
  4. Ensures latest merchandise display methods are incorporated.
  5. Ensures internal merchandise promotion reflect desired statement, ensures adequate stock availability for each campaign.
  1. Occasional duties:  
  2. In addition to the aforesaid duties and job functions, any other assignment given occasionally or on a daily basis by your Reporting Manager.

  • Inventory Management, Shrinkage Control- Inventory shrinkage should not exceed 0.15% of net sales.
  • Inventory Management, Expiry Control- Write off of expiry, damage & testers should not exceed 0.70% of net sale with quarterly MIS.
  • Store P&L Monitoring & Control- Nil negative store annually.

#Educational Qualification:  Graduate/ Post Graduate.

#Experience: 9-10 years of experience from retail sector.
