#As the Manager – Sales Admin & Business Planning:
Responsible for overall Business Development by managing sales team, competitor analysis and dealing with market coverage by freeze management. The roles another major objective is to lead sales administration by web store management and taking control over sales team’s bills and incentives.
#Sales Analysis & Reporting:
• Prepare RSM wise Monthly & yearly Sales Target And provide input in ERP by maintaining time and accuracy
• Analyzing Competitors activities and generate counter ideas and target them within specific time
• Increasing market coverage by Fridge injection enhancement by specific percentage and update Deep Freezer redeployment and pull out report in ERP
• Control number of damage and also take initiatives to reduce it.
#Training & Development:
• Implementation of Web Store with complete compliance to specification
• Owning the maximum percentage of Fridge/Distributor Coverage within targeted time frame
• Managing Accurate and on time processing of all kinds of bills.
• Managing Distributors appointment and termination process and confirm completion with proper documentation and stipulated time
• Monitoring Agreements of maintenance & renewal of Fridge by on time confirmation and completion
• On time updating of Freezer's Record Maintenance & accuracy of Documentation
#Distributors Agreement & Info Management
• Daily, weekly, Monthly primary sales report
• Analyze, Create and Update Brand/ SKU Comparison & Contribution report
#Innovation & Improvement
• New Idea Generation (Process, Methods, Re engineering, Value Analysis)
• Development of SOP
MBA or Masters in Marketing/Management from reputed university.
Minimum 6/7 years of experience preferably with a national, multinational FMCG based Organization.
