• Sales Planning and Strategy for the Region/Unit for achieving Annual Operation Plan
• Responsible for achieving Company objectives along with retail coverage, volume target of the region through Company sales force and distributors.
• Plan - long term/short term, organize & monitor the Unit business and expansion of retail network / coverage, and ensure growth of market share
• Distribution expansion of new portfolio and ensure profitable distribution management of the region.
• Provide market analysis and necessary input to NMS/Sales Head for ensuring right strategy
• Guide and coach Sales team (especially to ASM’s and SE’s) in setting up their target and ensure proper execution of GTM.
• Spot out Channel Gap, and Convert competitors channel partner into TBL folder
• System/Process Implementation and KPI management.
• Actively involved in primary and secondary sales monitoring, Assist NSM/Sales Head as & when required.
• Ensure Compliance with PepsiCo policy and follow process
• Provide management input and market intelligence for continuous improvement of the business.
University Graduate/ BBA/ MBA from reputed Universities.
• Minimum 10/11 years’ experience in sales & distribution of reputed FMCG Company; out of which 5 years in Mid Management position.
