) Achieve monthly and yearly Sales target as per Annual Operation Plan of the Territory.
2) Drive Primary and Secondary Sales target on a day-to-day basis for ensuring Market Leadership and Growth.
3) Effectively implement Sales, Promotional activities/Trade schemes and Merchandising for the specified routes and distributor areas.
4) Monitor inventory in key Sales Points and ensure product availability and visibility in all the outlets.
5) Regularly monitor distribution gaps and take corrective actions for increasing numeric distribution of all the products.
6) Maintain relationship and constantly work with distributors and the internal supply chain in order to ensure availability of the products at the right time.
7) Regularly monitor activities of front line Sales Staff (PSRs) and develop them.
8) Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.
• BBA/MBA/Graduation from Reputed Universities
• At least 2-3 Years relevant experience in MNC or Locally reputed Organization
• Experience in FMCG/Beverage industry will be an added advantage.
