• Leading corporate and institutional business unit.
• Source new clients in each target operating segments such as RMG, Real Estate, NGO, MNCs, Large enterprise etc.
• Rapport building with Govt. and autonomous body.
• Managing life-cycle of Key and existing accounts.
• Formulate and implement sales and marketing plan for each segments, to achieve and exceeds monthly and yearly targets.
• Retain clients through effective loyalty programs
• Ensure P&L of the unit in-line with yearly budget.
• Create new systems to ensure smooth sales process.
• Monitor, Lead and develop corporate sales team through required training and development programs.
• Ensure best customer service to each clients.
• Experience in corporates sales, key account management
• Having good connection with Large corporates and Institutions is a must
