Job Description

  • National sales target setting & communication to field force
  • Effective monitoring of national wide Primary & Secondary Sales target chasing
  • Settlement of trade promotion claim from distributor
  • Strong monitoring on day to day proposed journey plan (PJP) of Sales Team
  • Follow up of distributors physical stock, collection & entry at distributor management system (DMS)
  • software i.e. Over all DB Management
  • Nationwide outlet wise billing info follow-up
  • All written communication related to communication with distributor, internal communication with
  • Sales Team & documentation
  • Assisting Head OF Sales to evaluate the sales team’s strength & weakness
  • Distributor’s Bank Guarantee (BG) Issue& Follow Up
  • To prepare Bank Guarantee (BG) approach letter
  • To give reminder of Bank Guarantee (BG) renew
  • DB'S health check up (Monthly)
  • SWOT Analysis
  • ROI Calculation
  • Market Credit Status
  • To ensure weekly lifting plan from distributor through RSM level
  • To ensure collection plan from distributor
  • Key Account Outlet profiling & focused follow up
  • Policy making for field force
  • Monitoring of Productivity of Field Force
  • Communicating necessary letter to Distributor & Sales Team
  • Carry on any Special Assignment given from Management from time to time

  • Masters in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration

  • 5 to 6 year(s) for Assistant Manager, Sales Admin. And 8 to 10 year(s) for Deputy Manager, Sales Admin

Sales, Marketing, Business Development

  • Candidates must have 5 to 6 year(s) for Assistant Manager, Sales Admin. And 8 to 10 year (s) for Deputy Manager, Sales Admin. Practical experience in same industry (Lighting Business) or FMCG and distribution business.
  • Should be able to achieve organizational goals and objectives as a Member of Sales Team
  • Excellent writing, interpersonal & high-level communication skills are required
  • Excellent skill on MS-Excel, MS-Office & MS-Power Point
  • Ability to report on market progress and individual distributor’s performance
