Job Description

#Strategic: Analyse and evaluate existing accounting policies in Company Regional Office and recommend strategies for effective changes Ensure implementation of an effective procedures to control fund management and fund disbursement

#Operational :-

#Payables: Analyse and verify overall bill processing systems such as: bill receipts, journal entries, preparing vouchers and payments Manage and ensure accurate recording of accounting transactions for all organization under regional office, such as: farms, hatcheries, feed mills, compost plant, etc.

#Treasury: Manage cash management functions including cash receipts from and cash payments to internal & external customers. Ensure fund requisition as well as availability of fund for day to day operations and maintenance of minimum & maximum balances in Company Regional Office & farms

#Budget_and_Forecasting: Analyse and prepare daily/weekly/monthly production operations expenses, budgets and fund requisitions for regional office in accordance with the agreed timeline

#Asset_Management_Implement procedures for custodianship and control of fixed assets by maintaining records in register and verifying the physical stock

#Cost_Control: Ensure effective financial systems, accounting controls and processes are practised throughout the regional office. Ensure smooth operation of regional office within approved budget and take all necessary actions to minimize costs. Evaluate cost reduction opportunities to verify overall factory expenditures and other determining factors

#MIS_and_ERP_Record_keeping: Ensure ERP entry of accounting transactions are done accurately and timely manner. Prepare all kinds of accounting/financial summary reports required by management to demonstrate accountability within specified deadline

#Innovation_and_Improvements: Identify scope of re-designing and re-functioning the existing process/system to reduce cost and improve work efficiency.Develop the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for all existing operational and functional process of regional office

#People_and_Employee_Development: Develop comprehensive training calendar & training module and organize training program as per schedule for enhancement of employee competencies. Enforce a performance driven culture amongst all employees of regional office by implementing and monitoring existing performance management system Implement job rotation, job delegation and empowering people to increase efficiency of employees

• Qualified CA

• Masters/MBA in Accounting from reputed university/Institutions

Experience Requirements

• For AGM : 5-7 Years experience

• For DGM : 8-10 years experience
