#Role Objective

·   Ensure the effectiveness and the scope of development to improve

 

 

 

employee relation functions and legal and statutory status across all

 

 

 

organization under Group and its sister concern

 

 

 

·   Responsible  for  supporting  the  smooth  operation  of  organization

 

 

 

through an effective disciplinary action procedures as per labour law

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

#Strategic

 

As the Deputy General Manager, Employee Relations at Company Head

 

 

 

 

 

 

Office:

 

 

 

·   Plan, design and implement a standard employee relations policies and

 

 

 

procedures to maintain good communication and positive relationship

 

 

 

with employees in order to promote overall employee satisfaction

 

 

 

·   Responsible for proper management and maintenance of company’s

 

 

 

legal and statutory compliance and documentation through a proactive

 

 

 

supervision, coordination and relationship development strategies

 

 

 

·   Prepare and develop workers' skill matrix, job description and KPIs.

#Disciplinary Procedure:

  • Responsible for handling and managing all disciplinary issues of organization as per Bangladesh labor law and drive organizational culture towards fair labor management practice
  • Mentor ER employees of the organization on disciplinary action procedure, provide proper guidance on critical disciplinary issues and support related personnel for making a constructive decision as per labor law
  • Build and keep an effective relationship with govt. body to avoid any kind of legal notices or sues and coordinate with key govt. official to resolve non compliance smoothly within deadlines

                #Legal_and_Statutory Compliance

  • Manage renewal, maintenance and update of all factory license and ensure availability of required register as per labor law of all organization under Group and others concern.

 

#Training on Disciplinary procedure

 

  • Develop comprehensive training calendar and training module to train ER employees on ‘Disciplinary Procedure’ and organize training as per schedule for enhancement of employee competences

#Innovation and Improvement

  • Identify scope of re-designing and re-engineering the existing processes or systems to reduce cost and improve productivity

 

  • Plan, analyse and develop standard operating procedure of all existing operational and functional process

#External                     

#External_Trainer - Identify, communicate and maintain liaison with the external trainers   

#Vendors - Maintain liaison with the vendors for logistical support for the            training program.

           

#Internal

 

#Functional/Departmental_Head Communicate and review Strategic and operational issues

#Sub_Business_Units Maintain communication and liaison with all employees of different SBUs.

Masters/MBA in HRM from reputed university, PGD in HRM is preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • 10 - 12 years of working experience in related job field.  
  • Good Understanding of Poultry/Agro/Food business will be an added an advantage.
