Job Description

  • Manage and lead the recruitment process and the overall utilization of HR Recruiters
  • Responsible for the recruitment of Blue Collar to White Collar
  • Responsible for the development of the recruitment process and the implementation of recruitment innovations.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels, and procedures.
  • Build networks to find qualified candidates
  • Proof read job descriptions and other related materials
  • Supervise the recruited team and report on its performance
  • Implement new sourcing methods
  • Keep replacement backups ready for more than 2500 positions
  • Maintain human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Visit stores/outlets on regular basis
  • Find out turnover reasons and justify that properly

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager (minimum 5 years)
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Can work under pressure
  • Willing to work after office hours and in holidays, when it requires
