- Managing HVAC (SAC) business for Bangladesh market.
- HVAC design, Engineering and advisory services to channel partners and direct clients as well.
- Providing technical (DVM Pro) and marketing (strategy, action plan, target to be achieved etc.) support to channel partners.
Market Analysis in terms of product demand, competitions and opportunities
- New product launching strategy with considering price strategy and others
- Key account management.
- Driving and Managing the Sales pipeline of SAC in Bangladesh.
- Technical product presentation to Client/consultant
- After sales service strategies to be developed
- Product training and Product Mapping
- Sales tool development
- Policy apply for Potential BO to PO conversion and new BOs to be generated
- Price and product pull policy to be implemented in Bangladesh market.
- Regular visit to top Architects, consultants, developers and group of companies.
- Support to channel Partners for preparing Tender with all related works for any project to be secured.
- Action plans, key insights and business strategies to prepare for formal presentation to top management
- All commercial issues handling and resolving with capacity
- GSBN, ECMS and GSCM to be aligned with all partners and others regular formal reporting
- Â Co-ordination with Korea and India office/ factory for getting
status on sales, service and shipment of the product and reporting
purpose as well.
