Job Description

  • Managing the planning process in a customized production taking place round the clock.
  • Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.
  • Ensuring production target of the lines as per production plan.
  • Ensuring line balancing as per layout.
  • Forecasting line & Unit wise production planning based on the available information of the orders.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and other resources related with production.
  • Ensure cost effective production plan.
  • Ensure productions are in order as per plan.
  • Continuous monitoring and coordinating of accessories and other related materials are in place.
  • Ensure flexibility of the plan to act/response/adjust as per necessity demand.
  • Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers.
  • Ensuring combined production report of sections/lines, finishing and shipment.
  • Ensuring effective communication with supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.
  • Initiate or coordinate inventory or cost control programs.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the quality control field, relying on current literature pertaining to materials use, technological advances, or statistical studies.
  • Review plans and confer with research or support staff to develop new products or processes.
  • Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
  • Estimating sizes, distances, and quantities; or determining time, costs, resources, or materials needed to perform a good work activity.
  • Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily on the basis of mechanical (not electronic) principles.
  • Initiate at proper manpower utilization/optimization.
  • Any other assignments at the discretion of management

Job Requirements:

  1. Age 30-40.
  2. 3+ years previous management experience in planning or high-tech operations function.
  3. 5+ year’s additional experience in manufacturing or planning with emphasis on costing, mechanical & electronic assembly.
