Job Description

  • Act as safety leader to cultivate safety culture
  •  Ensure consistent business Growth for all channels
  • Market share & Profitability
  •  Prepare annual sales Budgeting & Planning
  • Formulating Channel management strategy for price & Cash flow business
  • Process re-engineering for smoother the sales operation.
  •  Enhance and Increase Customer Values
  • Synergy between Demand & Supply Management planning process.
  • Perform Cross functional business communication and all other responsibilities as required to grow profitable business
  • Credit & security management activities
  • Develop and implementation of channel activation for business growth
  •  Strengthening market intelligence activity to provide competitive for future strategy
  •  Develop and coach a professional sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth.
  •  Develop and implement annual sales budget by Account Executive and account.
  • Implement the company's sales process to establish a culture of consultative selling to customer's decision-makers at all levels.
  •  Cultivate & develop and maintain & retain effective business relationships with all level all accounts for exceed customer expectations.
  • Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities.
  •  Collaborate with marketing resources and the sales leadership team to define overall sales strategy, and to develop products and solutions responsive to the customer's business.
  •  Apply and execution of different marketing activation program (Research, competition & various promo) to provide solutions on the company's business strengths.
  •  Coach Account Executives to build effective staff relationships that enable them to respond quickly to emerging customer opportunities, and provide for seamless execution of the company's business processes that.
  •  Encourage & requires teaming and collaboration skills to gain the committed and motivated efforts of the company's staff to achieve the National Sales.
  •  Design and Establish the most effective channel structure.
  •  Appointment of new distributors/Agent or B2B customer
  • Travels extensively to meet with all level customers in Market place.
